I had placed an order for Netplay Striped denim shirt and once I received it, I placed an exchange request(EX*********). They have taken the product and not given the replacement back to me yet. I have been trying to call, but either the calls are cut halfway or there is no one to answer the calls. So as the last resort we have been sending mails to the team. For every mail we send , we only get the response as ' sorry for he inconvenience, please give us ** hrs more.'. This has been going on for more than a month now and they still are asking for more time. Despite continuous mails, they are not ready to look into the matter and are giving false promises. I have my house CCTV tapes to submit as proof if needed and also the voice recording of he delivery agent who promised to deliver the product the very next day. It has been a month and there is absolutely no action from Ajio's side. Requesting for expedition of action as we have been running behind them since a very long time and they've done nothing but make us run more!
