- Exchange Refund Open
I bought a product 'women Navy Blue Regular Fit Solid R..' (Brand Name : Mast & Harbour and order no.*******-*******-*******) in March, ****. Due to large size of this product, i put request to Myntra for exchange my product in March, ****. Myntra informed me that due lock down across the country, the product could not be exchanged at present and gave me assurance that the same product will be exchanged after lockdown period is over. But still my product is not exchanged.
In unavailability of the product, I agreed to return the product and requested to Myntra to refund my money. Besides this, I agreed to credit my refund in account of myntra app.
I have also talked to Myntra's customer care service several times regarding this issue and have also sent all required detail to myntra team through email and Myntra app. They always gave me false hope that my query will be resolved but still no action is taken on my request. Neither they exchange my product nor they return my money. I am also agreed to exchange the same product in presently available color.
I have also discussed with Myntra's Senior Supervisor regarding my issue. She also gave me false hope and gave me assurance to take action as soon as possible. But nothing happened.
My product is still unused and unwashed.
In view of above, It is my humble request to consider my request and do the needful.
