- Eureka forbes given wrong assurance and product Closed
We have contacted the Trichy sales team to get correct water purifier for our home and they came to our house and took all the tests and informed the product name based on our water hardness and they given assurance that this product will change the original hardness and make the water as drinking water and after their assurance only we have purchased and some days its ok and the water is good but now the water is not good and we have informed to check and they came and checked and says your bore water hardness is very high and this much quality only this product will come , we surprised and then only understood to sale their product and they cheated us and again we given complaint and again they saying the same thing but their response is very poor , one person called to my wife and spoken very roudly , i need refund and want to file case againt them
