- Escalation Of Repair Acceptance Form Closed
I am really dissatisfied with Apple service in India for iPhone. Today, I was called up for delivery of submitted device and they said everything working fine and perfect after restoration of OS. So have checked the device in front of them and noticed problems are still existing but not solved. Already, I spent * days by leaving the device in service center and it got impact in my business though it is my primary smartphone.
I was told by Apple service engineer Meenakshi HS to again wait for sometime and she came up with big shock that the display in your device is not Apple authorized. How come the display suddenly change, when I was first called and informed that device is perfect but after escalation, they were coming up with the device open in front of me within * mins and showing that display is different. The way they behaved in service center was very horrible and felt this should be my first and last experience in Apple.
Kindly request some senior Apple executive to check my reputation and bond with Apple devices and I was owned all series from Apple consecutively once launched. But today I felt like Apple will surely lose their genuine customers very soon if they continue to provide the same service.
I do not have any situation to change the display on my own or in different shops, where I have already has the Warranty from Apple and first in place, why should I do that for an just *.* months old device.
This is totally unacceptable and cheap kind of attitude from service center and blaming the customer with very cheap reason and does not know the value and stature of the customer and how he related with Apple for so many years.
Note: Kindly make a note that I have not yet collected the device back from Service Center till I get the valuable solution.
