I Placed An Order Through TataCliq, Order Id : *********; There Were In Total ** Products Part Of This Order (Clothes). ** Products Out Of This Was Sent Through Carton Box By The Delivery Partner : ECOMM In, Out Of The **, * Of The Products Are Missing And Also I Found It Odd That One Of Product (Under Garment) Was Outside Of Plastic Seal. * Of These Products Are Undergarments. I Raised A Complaint With The Tata Cliq Toll-Free Support Team And As Well As Customer Escalation Team. They Closed The Complaint Without Investigating Well And Rejected My Claim Saying As Per Their Discussion With The Seller, The Product Is Delivered. I Haven't Got These Products And Instead There Were Crumbled Plastic Wraps. Even Though These Are Small Items Together They Cost Around **** Rs,This Is My Hard Earned Money. I Believe There Was No Tampering ( There Was Center Cellotape On The Carton Box, No Enclosing On The Sides). The Bill That Was Attached To The Behind Of The Carton Box Had ** Products Listed. The Way TataCliq Handled The Complaint Was Very Disheartening, The Senior Escalation Manager Who I Talked To Kept Repeating The Same Thing As The Junior Support Resource, There Was Nothing Done To Help Me. Most frustrating thing was instead of helping the consumer, they just gave a standard copy paste answer. TataCliq Should Take Some Preventive Measures When Delivering / Fulfilling Orders With Multiple Items and not just sent them in carton box, at least have wrap over or packing indicating there’s no tampering.
