I bought a OnePlus *T phone from Shopclues.com on ** June. But I received an empty parcel, with the phone missing. The only contents in the box were charger, and charger cable. The phone box was cut open while the packaging was tampered, cut and re sealed with a transparent. When I received the parcel I didn't notice the transparent tape.
I lodged a return complaint as soon as I received the product on ** June. But Shopclues.com seem to be sleeping over the issue.
When they call me, they say wait for one day, we have get a confirmation from the company or courier or merchant. But nothing has been processed till date.
It has been two weeks now. I want my money back.

The refund of my phone plus a compensation amount.
If I don't get a satisfactory reply from Shopclues.com within two days, on Thurs I will file a complaint in the Consumer court as told by National Consumer Helpline.
