At the name of Jeans I got this from MYntra
In this progressive and competitive world we have an e-commerce online shopping portal called ‘Myntra’ which is doing job of cheating and mentally harassing their customers very well.
On **th Aug’**, I have placed a Pre paid order with multiple products including a Jeans. On **th Aug’**, i got a package from their delivery partner. Package was sealed when received but when I opened it, product (jeans) was Missing and an empty polybag with bar code was there only. Within ** mins of receiving delivery, i called Myntra customer care and Customer care Executive (Neeraj Raghuvanshi) has registered a complaint and assured that either it will be refunded or resend the product within * days after investigating the issue.
On **th Aug’**, I received response from Myntra that
“After conducting a thorough investigation and review of your missing item(s) claim, we have found that the product(s) were dispatched from our warehouse in a properly sealed package. We have also received a confirmation from our Logistics team that the package was delivered in sealed and pristine condition to the same address as updated while placing the order.
We regret to inform you that the claim stands declined and thus we would not be inclined to look at the same anymore.”
When I contacted again the customer care i got response from executive and her supervisor ‘Mr Ibrahim’ that ‘We are sorry , we cannot do much. We have already provided the resolution’
I am ordering from Myntra since long time and I always place prepaid orders. Now as a customer, I am feeling like Cheated and helpless where Myntra is taking back just by saying that they are done with their investigation and on the other side me neither got my ordered product nor my refund amount even after registering complain and explaining my problem with Myntra customer care many times!
Is there any place where these kind of mental harassment, frauds & cheating done by these online portals can be addressed
