Complaint filed against: Amazon Online Shoping
I booked product Philips trimmer which cost RS.1799. I got empty box with invoice of that product. I contacted immediately Amazon customer representative, they said they r filing case again vendor. After few minutes customer representative call and saying that amount will refund. But I didn't receive.if call customer care also no one helping on this.please do the needful.
Resolution Demanded: Get refund or credit for your purchase, Get service/product replaced or fixed for free
