मैंने एक स्कूटी ओकिनावा i-praise देहरादून में स्थित आकृति मोटर्स से दिनांक **-**-**** को ली थी दिनांक **-**-**** को स्कूटी की मोटर अपने आप ख़राब हो गयी जिसकी शिकायत डीलर (जो सर्विस भी देते है) से की उन्होंने मुझे *-* दिन मैं उसे बदलने की बात कही, लेकिन आज दिनांक **-**-**** तक उसे बदला नही गया मैं दो बार उनके शोरूम में भी गया लेकिन मुझे कहा गया की मेकेनिक कल आपके पास आ जायेगा लेकिन वो आज तक नही आया और अब तो शोरूम वालो ने मेरा मोबाइल भी उठाना बंद कर दिया है
