I have never ever seen such a worst company In India. They treat employees like a slaves. Every one should file a complaint on them in the Labour association. They want employees to reach on time and even for five minutes, they will deduct the salary and they will deduct salary if you leave before *:** hours but they will never provide extra salary for working extra time. They want every one to work from home in leave time and they will never pay for it. They will provide a salary structure and they will never pay the salary as mentioned, they nearly deduct more than * thousand per month, I still don't know for what they are deducting. No break times more than ten minutes an lunch break is half an hour. Then, they will treat employees like untouchables if you put a paper and they will never allow you to leave the job. in notice period, they will torture like a hell. They will not provide the last month salary. Sathish, he is such a cruel human and he will just treat employees and in back he will play all roles like a villain. Don't ever join this company for a good career! My kind request:(
No, consideration even if you're a girl, even if there is any problem if they are going late , they never and they never about whether they reach safely. Such a worst company ever.
