- Education loan fraud done by Union bank of India employee ^Open

I Moumita Chandra R/O J-**, sector-**, D.L.F, ******,Faridabad, Haryana approached one of Union bank employee Mr.Baagish Sood based at retail loan point, Union Bank,plot no **, Buisness square, sector **, Gurgaon for non-collateral education loan under bank's special scheme for premier abroad in the month of march. As per the bank staff, sanction letter gets expired within * months, hence advised me to start the process from april.

The process was started in april with Cardiff University, UK but due to change in university the process got postponed to **th May'**. After regular follow ups for sanction letter, same was shared with me on **th June for Loughborough University subject to disbursement of loan after successful grant of visa.

After receiving visa, i chased Mr. Baagish for full month of august for starting the loan disbursement process but every time the process got deferred by him due to different reasons. At first he told me that the formalities cannot be done as he is busy for full first week of august, then after scheduling the process for **nd August same was cancelled by him due to bad health. Again the process was delayed by him stating that all the formalities will be done at Union Bank, sector *, branch, Faridabad since it is nearest to my location, for which he had couriered the documents to the branch but as per him the documents did not reached branch & was returned back.

Finally on *nd Sept, i insisted him to get the process done on same day since my gall bladder stone removal surgery was scheduled the next day.

After completion of formalities, i requested him to get the process done as soon as possible since i have to board my flight on **rd Sept, hence not much time left. After continous follow up Mr. Baagish confirmed on September, * that Loughborough university has been blacklisted from bank's list of premier institutes hence there is some difficulty in disbursement of loan & told to confirm for the same on *th 'sept which again got postponed to next day.
On **th'sept, he confirmed that loan could not be processed under this scheme hence bank require collateral which was not possible for me arrange in such short span of time. Still i arranged for collateral, which was not accepted for loan.
Now i have done below mentioned expenses for abroad studies

- University Deposit : *,**,***.**/-
- Visa : *,**,***.*/-
- Flight ticket : **,***/-
- Laptop : **,***/-
- Other miscellaneous expenses : **,***/-
- Accommodation : **,***/-

Kindly confirm when was Loughborough University blaclisted from the list of premier institutes ?
Moreover when loan was already sanctioned in the month of June , howcome it's been rejected by bank in september & informing the customer ** days before boarding the flight.
This is the service being offered by UNION BANK ? Foul playing , misguiding & spoiling career of a student.....
Because of abroad education purpose , i have even left my job & invested my hard earned money on same. Now who is liable for my investment & career. If bank is not capable of doing such cases then they should have rejected my case on the first day. Why bank kept on playing with my career & delayed the case, If same was informed to me on time, atleast i had option from other universities & banks as well. Now my flight is on **rd sept & i have nothing in my hands.
Very Shameful...Even nationalised banks are not trustworthy.
I have lodged complaint on bank's portal grievance id ******** on **'Sept'**** but have got no response from bank till now.
