- Duplicate and wrong product Open
It is to informed that i ordered a product which was delivered to me on 02/01/2019. Due to sone reason i was not in town that time so someone else received the order on my behalf. And i came yesterday and checked the product so i found it to be duplicate and not the one which I ordered.
So today i call Myntra call centre they simply refuse to return the product (saying that we can change the product in 7 days only). I also request them to connect me to their senior manager in initial stage they denied. After a long argument they agreed and put my call on hold for 3-4 minutes then disconnect my call . I did the same 2 times No positive response came.
So it is requested to resolve the matter on urgent basis.
