- DTH connection is not provided Closed
I have ordered Airtel HD DTH connection via airtel app installed on my mobile last Friday.
As per message one customer ID is assigned to my connection. However, Still I didn't get any call for deliver and install the product. Whenever I called customer care, they are not giving any update or confirmation, and anyhow escaping from this. I have paid ****/- for this connection. Please help me.
