I went for Holiday in Thailand (Phuket and Bangkok) from **th Nov,** to **th Dec,** for which i have booked activities and Transfer from Travel Triangle affiliated Holiday Company name Desi Yatri.com
*st Bad Experience- **th Nov,** at Bangkok Airport
Very first day of my trip i had bad experience when i got to know that driver has left without dropping ous at Hotel from Bangkok Airport. We came out of Bangkok airport within * hours of flight landing time. Visa which was on arrival took long time due to long que which was not our fault.
We were struggling to get the taxi on our own with small Kids together. By anyhow we got taxi on our own and somehow reached Hotel from Bangkok.
Immediately i reported this incident to employee of Desi Yatri.com name Preeti Kashyap wherein she committed to give me refund for this service which actually didnt availed due to Driver didnt wait. After so much of follow up she didnt update me regarding the refund also. i called and msg her so many times but all are still unanswered.
*nd Bad Experience- **th Dec,** at Bangkok Airport
We took Internal Domestic flight from Phuket to Bangkok which was delayed by almost an hour from Phuket. I had immediately inform to employee of Desi Yatri.com name Preeti Kashyap regarding this delayed from airline. Again got surprise when came out of bankgkok airport by seeing no driver is waiting for ous to pick. I agree It was clearly mention in voucher that for domestic flight driver will not wait for more than **mins. I didnt understand if flight got delayed then where we as a customer in fault to not reach at meeting gate within defined time. About delayed in flight was reported immediately to employee of Desi Yatri.com name Preeti Kashyap.
Again after long struggle we somehow got taxi by paying more and that driver struggled to find our hotel too which took him * hours to make reach ous to our Hotel Destination which is actually distance of ** mins.
Both experience was so bad specially with family where small kids and women were suffering. One of the kids was suffering from fever in *nd incident but i think travel company like yours are not bothered with this.
