I had taken a drive from KRPuram to Whitefield, which should not be more that ** kms. Driver took me towards airport, inspite of me asking him to take the correct he kept on driving for almost ** kms and then dropped me at the drop location. I was charged **** , initial shown amount was ***. I tried to complain using the app for almost ** days but app was not working. Finally, I was able to complain yesterday and was told that it is due to peak pricing so they won't refund or take any action. If driver takes incorrect route is it my problem? If it is indeed peak pricing .. still charging **** for ** kms is too much ( initial shown amount was ***, don't have proof as we don't take screenshot for each rode and we trusted ola in this regard.)
