- Driver cancelled the ride and I was charged Open
I pre booked ola outstation from Delhi to patiala * hours before the ride.
According to ola's policy the driver information was shared with me one hour before. Right next second th ride was cancelled.
I called th driver Yusuf to ask why would he first accept and then cancel? He said his phone had a problem and it happened by mistake and that i should look for another ride.
* minutes later i saw ola has charged me Rs. *** for this cancellation. Maybe the driver was making an excuse and he mentioned the reason that i have cancelled the ride.
The support section of ola is broken and doesn't work to even file this issue.
I hope putting this here resolves it for me.
