- Double payment taken for single bill Open
I am from mumbai, in this month adani electricity has taken double payment from us after complaining he is not refunding the amount, I have * times marked a mail to them but I have not received any revert ..
Now I have just makes a mail to consumer forum expecting revert from there end...
Dear Consumer forum Team,
I have marked this mail to helpdesk.mumbaielectrucity ID for returning of double payment done from our end... I have not yet received any written mail from adami team on my mail.. today just now received a call from phone no *** **** **** saying that "we will not refund your amount, we only can adjust the amount in next bill".
Now need clarification:
*.If I have already paid amount online on dated **th aug then how you have accepted cash paymant of the same bill, if you have accepted the double payment for same bill then why you not refunding us the amount you have taken extra for the same bill.
*. During the lockdown it's difficult to service single day, and in this situation you have locked my payment unnecessary and creating more problem in our life.
*.Is there any clause is there that you will not refund the amount which you colleted from us illegally..
I need clarification why you not refund the amount...
