I booked a flight ticket from AirAsia directly from it's app. While making final payment I made the payment and the payment was deducted from my account but it didn't reflected as paid for the ticket I booked adbi had to repay for the same ticket twice.
Then I tried reaching out multiple time to customer care number and on chat support or emails but no response I did receive from them. Then I wrote a tweet to them on social media and finally I got one response on may ** and it has been now a month following up for payment but I haven't received any resolution from them. I have to follow and wait for so many days in name of covid issues and if it is so much problem how are they making new booking. This is just a method to try to fool customers and harrass them.
