- Didn't give after sales support Open
So what happened to me is my ac is not cooling properly for a long time. Every time when I call they just tell our service team will contact but their service team is slept somewhere and never came. After reminding many times they sent but that service team wasn't able to fix the cooling problem. My family is pissed off by their service and now want consumer court to do something for us. Why these companies give fake promises rather fixing the actual problem. If that company is not able to give after sales support then that company should operate in India.
Hope consumer court will listen to my problem. I tweeted that complaint to their twitter handle but rather than fake sympathy, sorry, and apologies they aren't doing anything. Even their twitter handle is filled with many complaint tweets but I don't think rather than giving fake promises they are actually doing anything.
