**/**/**** was my last late of my data and I had *.*gb data remaining but in evening time BSNL data server was not working then I called customer care and they said that there is a problem in the server of all Himachal Pradesh we will recover it within Four hours. But they did not do that and I have lost all my data. My service is from Hamirpur( H.P). In the morning around **:** am I was again called the customer care but they didn't help me.
