Have taken admission for child and their sales executive in order to close a deal has combined my child’s admission with someone else.

I keep getting calls for someone else’s child. Even after multiple request the updation has not happened. After making a complaint I got a call from their Senior manager assuring resolution of refund as action was not taken earlier and as a result I am not getting services as my mobile number was linked to the other child.

My complaint has a reference number ********
