I sent product to customer through shiprocket by amazon due to some of their reason they couldnt deliver it so it got marked as RTO and when it reached goa it started showing NDR then shiprocket guys called me to ask if anybody has called me for courier and i said no (this happened * times) now its showing disposed off and i called shiprocket customer care the lady is saying they dont take liability for food items maybe the food was damaged so they wasted it ,,what my point is what is my fault and why shoid i take the loss bcoz of their problem and the food item i sent was dry fruit and it has the capacity to stay more tham * month so how can they dispose of my product without any knowledge and when i ask them foe refund they are saying we will forward it to the team but no surity that you will get refund for it ,,what should i do i dont know they did not take action in starting and now also they are doing the same
