i placed an smart watch order on zookr.in model name is vapor kw** smart watch with camera (round dial) ordered on **st october **** and received on *st nov ****.
the problem i had is they sent me a local watch instead of what i ordered for and what they showed on their shopping page i made a compalint to their customer care but they said both are same and denied my refund and clearly cheated me **** rupees please help me in this case i have all proof i took video while unboxing the pack i cant add video here since it is high mb i attached the pic of what i ordered and what they showed in their page and what i got delivered
