- Didn t receive the product amount Open
I ordered some products from the CityMall app but because of some reasons I didn't like it and I requested a return, my return was processed and the amount was transferred to my seller's account by the company but today, it's been over * months I have received no amount from the seller, I've called him several times but still, he has done nothing. Today when I called him, first he didn't pick up my call, and when I raised my voice, he disconnected the call and is on switch off since then, I would like the consumer's court to file a complaint on this person and do something to process my refund.
