I had taken subscription from Fitternity for Gold Gym in Pune. However, I didn't utilize the service for the entire tenure. Also, the gym got shut. I reached back to Fitternity asking for help to get the value for the amount paid. They are clearly and shamelessly saying we cannot help the money is with the Gym owner and not with us. However, as a customer I am entitle to receive help as I have purchased the service from them and they should assist in getting a hold over the owner of the gym and get the value. They are really incapable in handling the request. All they want to do is avoid the conversation by giving silly excuses.
