- Did not Receive my Deposit refund But charged with additional charges Closed

I have Vacated after serving the notice period and paid all the bills and rents as long as I stayed in colive.
And after vacating, I was informed that I would receive the refund within ** days. Instead of that, I got a notice that I have to pay * months of electricity bill, Separation charges, and notice period charges.
After a few days, I received a legal notice for the same in the e-mail along with **,*** additional charges as the recovery of the legal notice. Haven't received any phone calls and customer care is not responding to any of my emails or messages.
