I have purchased Grun Tulip GTT** * Burner *MM Toughened Glass Stainless Steel Manual Gas Stove (* Burners) on **th of October **** and it got delivered on **th october ****. When the stove got delivered, we opened the product and try to keep it but it did not fit on the kitchen floor as its size is too big. then on **th october ****, i made a request for return and refund and they have accepted my return request and told that they will pick the product on **th october ****, but they did not turned up till **th october **, then again i checked the site found that they have cancelled my return request but did not mention the reason. Again i have raised return request for *nd time on **th October **, and they have accepted my *nd request and told that they will pick up on *th November ****. But i would like to know the reason why they have cancelled my *st request, So, called customer care people of Flipkart and enquired with regard to my return cancellation. then they said it has got cancelled because seller did not accepted the return request and you have selected a wrong selection of issue in the drop box. Then i told him that there is no option to select in the drop box for my issue so i have selected that i don't want the product and i have mentioned the actual issue in the description box. then he said that he can not change anything at that point as i have already raised my second request. Then i asked him, how can he solve this issue?. He said that he can do the cancellation of my *nd request at this time and after ** hours you can again send a fresh return request and before doing that return request call our customer care and we will guide you on which one to be selected from dropbox list. i asked him that **th october is the last date of return period the after ** hours, means it will be crossing the return period time, then will it be valid?. He said because you contacted us in time (that is within the return policy period) for the two requests so, it is valid. So, i waited for ** hours and called Flipkart customer care people, then they started saying to me that i can not do the return request as my return period time is completed. later on they changed their words and said that seller is not accepting the my return request as the dimensions were already mentioned in the product description. Then i told them the dimensions what they have mention in the description were found suitable for my kitchen slab but when actually i try to keep the real product it won't fit there properly. i told them same thing. but they started saying that in the return policy it is mentioned clearly that they won't accept returns until there is fault or damage with the product. But when i checked the reruns policy nothing is mentioned there like they will accept returns only when the product is faulty or damaged. it is clearly mentioned that " if there If there is any issues with your product, you can raise a refund or replacement request within ** days of receiving the product.
Successful pick-up of the product is subject to the following conditions being met:
Correct and complete product (with the original brand, article number, undetached MRP tag, product's original packaging, freebies and accessories)
The product should be in unused, undamaged and original condition without any stains, scratches, tears or holes".
I told the customer care people the same then they started saying that it is not there but it will get only refunded when it is faulty or damaged.I try to convince them so much with regard to this but no one showed any interest to listen to it.
After doing all the return requests as per their policy also they did not gave any refund to me and instead started blaming me for not getting refund. i am attaching all the picture of the return requests i have made and also their acceptances and pick up dates what they have initially accepted.
