After installing the app i apllied for credit line after few days i am unable to login to the app . I thought it is normal it was asking for update . Next day i olen the app and clicked on updatet it take to me playstore. But there no update and i uninstall the app and reinstall it again same pop up "it time to update" after few days i am recieving a message to pay emi and it got automaticaly deducted from my account . Late charges cheque bkunce charges they applied. I have not utilized the amount or transfer the amount from wallet bcause i am unable to login in to the app. I have sent a screenshot to customer service they are telling me to use different handset and pay all charges . I have a sent a mail to service dhani@indiabull.com they replied me that account will get closed within in* to ** working days and wallet money will be transferred to source account. Till today account is not deactivated and emi amount is getting deducted from bank account. I have not use dhani wallet money still they are asking me to pay emi for which have not use.
