- Denied accommodation in spite of booking Open

Please refer the attached booking confirmation received from their end. However, while the guest checked in for stay he was denied the accommodation by their corporate team.
Worse was the way their local representative Mr Lokeshwaran responded. While there was confusion about the denial he told he shall come back with a resolution. After that did not pick the call causing embarrassment to the guest we wanted to host. Utter display how unprofessional the OYO is. This incident is happening at a time when you don’t have any other alternate mode of transport to reach another hotel.
