I recently bought a moto G*S+ from Amazon. I gave the phone to a moto\lenovo service center near my residence as it had problems with the battery (the phone is still in warranty period) and would not turn on. After the battery issue was resolved the phone started showing signs of earpiece damage and I returned the phone to the same service center. * days later the phone’s earpiece and speaker stopped working and the service center refused to fix the phone under the terms “Internal liquid damage”. But I can assure that the phone has never been in contact with water. The phone I turned in due to a faulty battery was given back to me in a state in which it is unusable. I will attach amazon bill with this email. I kindly request you to help me. This was such a bad experience for me.I currently have no other device and is forced to pay for the mistakes of the people at the service center.Am helpless at the moment.
