I called the helpline number on the **th of April,****. They sent a technician who confirmed that the router was faulty,it has been hardly * months and the hathway router does not work.Nobody replaced it even then. The customer care number is useless since all they can tell you is that the matter is escalated and cut the call abruptly.
The technician called on **th and confirmed the router will be replaced by **th April, and it has not been replaced yet. Also, they keep mentioning that they were not able to come because of the covid -** situation and lockdown of my society, which is not true, since your tech visited on **th April for the first time and had no issues, that means there is no lockdown in my society and other services have been resumed here still they fail to do so,and delay the work, it has been * days now.
I have emailed so many times on various emails delhi help desk and billing queries, they have assigned cases since then still no replacement has been done yet.
The technician who reached out to me on the **th confirming that router will be replaced on **th is denying me the service after i called him back nitin gujjar ,phone-**********
On **th there was another update lying about the situation that they were not able to enter the society,i had other issues and those people were able to help out,the ac technician and other ones. Why is this problem only for the hathway techs? I even called the nodal officer he said he would send someone right away or **pm of the next day, then neither did he pick up calls or reply to emails nor the tech that called and said he would come, hathway service is the worst , I have emailed every possible email i could get, my work is hampered because of this, it has been * days today and they can't deal with it. I have to work from home , and because of their negligence i have to face the consequences.
This is the worst broadband service ever.
