I paid an amount of Rs. *** as prepaid to use ola cab services during the month of August ****. I added this money to my Ola wallet so that I need not tender cash at the time of travel. I have done this before this payment of Rs. ***/- too. After this transaction, I used the ola service for Rs. ***/- during November ****. I informed the driver on that service that I have money in my Ola wallet and it will be automatically deducted. He accepted and after getting his amount through online, he accepted me to go. Later on, Ola started demanding this Rs. *** for the past ** months and sending me messages and threatening me of legal action. I have also sent a legal notice to them for refunding my amount of Rs.*** (*** - ***). I have also informed them to proceed legally so that I can prove myself legally and show this world the wrong business tactics of Ola. They never do that and keep on pestering me for the money through automated messages. Kindly assist.
