- Dell Refund money for defective product Open
I had purchased a Dell laptop back in February ****. Since then I have been receiving some or the other problem or damage of the laptop. When I bought the laptop I wasn't in premium support warranty. The laptop had faulty hinges because of which it's body bezel and top cover kept on breaking. All the engineers they sent at my place did other issue with my laptop. Once motherboard of my laptop blew off, other time some cable started burning, other time they sent a faulty motherboard on which the mouse wasn't working then the camera wasn't working. After all this I am done with them and don't want a replacement of the system just want my money back including the base amount of the laptop, the warranty and charges for the parts.
