My case is ongoing with Dell and they are not answering me properly and are claiming from me a time of **-** days for crediting refund. Also I purchased from Dell official website itself, but they are saying me that I had purchased from thier Partners and so there will be a Delay in Refund.
Also when I had a call with one of their executive, she cut down the call from her side while I was asking to her. It was only for to rescind answering to me.
Also in one of the past case, the refund was processed only with a time less than a week. But this time they are blocking my funds.
