I ordered * no. of * seater sofas from Pepperfry (* Omega & * Hamilton) the order was given near Diwali in Nov ****, Firstly the orders were delayed and we were getting the mails & sms for several days from Pepperfry that we are unavailable at the delivery location and we are unreachable just to make the things look the other way round, but we have repeatedly replied them, "not to send such fake mails".
Secondly we received the omega * sofa after long delays that to in the damaged condition, we returned it at that very moment and the same damaged sofa was sent back to us after ** days so we again returned it, things didn't ended here *rd time the sofa was delivered again and again it was damaged then Sumit Majumdar form Pepperfry called and said they won't be able to deliver these * sets of Omega * to which I said that all the material ordered is for * room and we have mixed & matched them to fit in our drawing room so if you cant delivery * out of the * sofas then cancel the entire order and give us the refund to which they are denying, I told them either you deliver the entire order or cancel the entire deal I have no issues in any of these but they are not ready to accept there fault and stuck to only refund the damaged sofa they have not even refunded the amount of the *nd Omega * sofa which they have not yet delivered.
We have a records of all the conversation done with them through mails and phone
