I have ordered a pair of adidas hiking shoes on *th of August ie. this month, I received them on *th August as per the scheduled delivery, but unfortunately it didn’t fit me,so I initiated my return on the same day ie *th, after that my scheduled pickup was marked **th of August, today its **th of August till date my shoes aren’t picked up, I have contacted the customer care office several times but ALL I GET IS TO WAIT *-* days, my pickup was shown failed on **th, even tho I didn’t receive a call, otp or any type of contact from the pickup agent, they also asked me for additional details/ missed my details via mail, I have attached all my details several times till date, usually all the online services take a maximum of * days for pickup, I’m really disappointed with this as well as the customer service because I haven’t received any help
