I have ordered for a fossil Q explorite watch on ** May **** and I have received it on * June **** afternoon. Since I am in work I have told my friend to receive the product and give it at home. The evening I went home and I have opened the package. I am startled by seeing it immediately. I have taken photos and shared to my friend who has suggested to buy this watch in Myntra and next day morning I met him to discuss what to do he told me to call customer care. I have called to them they said to me to send the images of the barcode and product I have sent them. They told to wait for ** hours I have waited and called after they told me to again wait for ** hours and again I have waited. After that, I called again and they have told me to wait for ** hours. The same thing happened and no response from them and I have called again on ** June ****. They said that I will definitely get an update about the complaint but they have sent me a mail that they have given a correct product.
