I have ordered MI A* Rose gold mobile (order id OD******************) for Rs ***** from Flipkart on May *th **** and they delivered warranty expired mobile on May *th ****. The phone is not working and few parts are missing inside the mobile and Flipkart denying the return/replace the product, below are problems with mobile.

*. When I first switch on the mobile it took around ** minutes next day it took only to update the software so I came to know that phone is too much slow few places touch was also not working properly.

*. I requested for return on May **th so they sent a technician from Jeeves but he updated with Flipkart that phone has been working properly no issues but it is not at all working.

*. I communicated same with Flipkart they said they will resolve it by **th May but I didn't get any call from them so I called them they said raise another return request which I raised on **th May but they sent the same technician from Jeeves and again he updated the same thing phone has been working.

*. Again I called customer care requested for at least replacement but they suggested to go to the brand service centre to resolve the issues.

*. So I went to MI service centre on **th May but when they enter my phone's IMEI number on their system it is showing as the warranty is already expired on Dec **, ****, itself and service centre said you received already used mobile which was bought by someone in ****. I don’t know how they sold warranty expired product to me and the service centre is not ready to give the documents without verifying the mobile.

*. When they open the mobile they came to know a few parts are missing in the mobile so to repair the mobile they have given an estimation as Rs ****.** and this is refurbished mobile.

*. I have emailed the documents to Flipkart but now they are denying to return/replace mobile because the phone has missed some parts so we are cancelling your return request and repair the mobile with your money.

*. After receiving the documents from service centre I also observed IMEI number on the box, invoice and IMEI number which I got it from MI service centre’s document is different this means the box is only original one not the mobile.

*. On top of this customer care team is not giving an update. Each time I have to call for the status, it's been ** days.

When I asked about how the warranty is expired for new mobile they said that is not in their hand it’s from seller and I told them I received a damaged product but they don't listen to my words and not ready to replace/return the product and now they are also saying that technician updated there is dent on mobile but I don't know where he found it which I could not see.
This is totally cheating the customer by Flipkart and seller. I don't know how many customers lost their time and hard earned money. Please find attached documents (Service Order contains a warranty expiry date, Service Record contains part missing in mobile). Please let me know if you need any other information and please help me with this and get my money back.
