I ordered Dell Inspiron Laptop from Flipkart and received an damaged Compaq Laptop instead of it packed inside the box of the Dell Laptopp. I have been calling flipkart executive since day * but not got any satisfactory response till now. I am clueless what to do now. I have posted in Twitter and Facebook complaining about my problem but haven't received any responsible answer. They only keep asking of more time.
Flipkart Customer care executive have twice raised return request with return reason as damaged product instead of different product and ekart executive denied to take the return of the laptop due to incorrect reason.
Now even flipkart executives are not accepting the call.
