- Delivered Stale food and not providing any refund Closed
I have ordered food from Swiggy (Paya Nihari soup) on May ** and I received stale food with the completely spoiled piece and smell. I have raised a complaint in help desk of Swiggy app and requested for refund/credits. But till now there is no refund from them. When I contact them again they gave the answer that its more than a day so they can provide any refund/credits. I want to complain against them for their unethical behaviour towards customers by closing the conversation without clearing the query and for delivering stale food.
