I bought the samsung galaxy a** mobile on date through the amazon.
I have faced and been facing now also a lot of continuous technical issues in my mobile. I have approached many respective service centers (* times) from the first month itself but i haven't got any benifitted proper response from them. I feel this is a dummy faulty device because as I told earlier this is the dummy defective piece, even though the technical team and decision team not able to help me to resolve these issues. I had raised this issue and started approaching the service centers in the warranty period itself. Instead of getting resolution by their service repairs, It got leaded to much more other issues because of their repairs.
Total amount of loss from this incident Rs. *****/-( mobile price: Rs. *****/- + display repair cost Rs. ****/- + miscellaneous Rs.****/- including the travel expenditures and other losses)
I am attaching all the required document proofs here. Please help me in getting the refund claim amount. I suffered a lot because of this samsung mobile in investing my office work hours time for rotating around these service centres, it affected my work tasks as well in terms of time and hang issues & faced many data file losses as well and I am no longer interested in samsung brand. I got bad impression on Samsung brands due to this.
*Please help me in getting refund amount. This is my demand. I need your support.
