I have booked a jabra elite ** t having order No. OD****************** on **.**.****, they delivered me the product in dead condition. I requested for replacement which was approved on **.**.**** and promise time was given for **.**.** which was failed and new date was also been given i.e **.**.**** which was again failed. On **.**.** the wrong product Jabra elite * was tried to deliver to me, the packet was open before delivery agent under a recorded video footage and not received and return back and again lodge a complaint with consumer services for replacement. Such type of incident is nothing but an cheating with customers
