I got call from Ms Riya soni for avocado on ** june **** .she brief me about his company and told me she will deliver all over india so i am requested for my home address .Address is ***/**/**,Sanaay nagar ,Near Richa Hospital ,rewa madhya pradesh,******. he advise for payment for online so i have done payment on ** june **** after that he told me our company delivered to your address in ** hours . now starting arguments from her side due to covid-** may be delay ** hours i agreed but she cannot delivered till *th july **** and AVOCADO RETURNED ,i dont know ,RIYA SONI ,Kirti and shail team said to me FEDEX service was not available your location that's why so i am requested to now what is option for me Mr sahil said to me we can send again I told him please check proper and send it again .Now he sent again but item has reached on **th July **** unfortunately these team haven't delivered on time and all ** pieces avocado are damaged . Now these team said and agreed to me he will full refund to me but from that date to till date only these guys are argumenting only now last *-* days haven't respond on call so please advise me and guide me on that s i can get it my refund
