I ordered a butterscotch cake for my mother on mother's day and I paid Rs.***+Delivery charges. The owner commits to me that he will deliver in * hour. I order at ** pm afternoon and I got * hours late deliver at *:** pm. A whole complete day I was waiting to get the cake to my mom and I called *-* time but not responding to the owner after payment. Finally, at * pm my mom gets cake but in the worst condition, because delivery boys were on the bike and hang cake in hand and drive. I called the owner but he argued with me and not accept his mistake. Say no for refund or resend orders and also said to me first give me the old cake if you want to replace. Even on the same day, he commits to me to send again the same cake tomorrow morning to be compensated with this cake. But next day he did not agree and misbehave with me for refund.
