- Delay in Refund Open
I have raised a refund request for broadband connectivity as I was told that my locality was not feasible for the connection. I have paid for the connection on July * for which I got a response of the feasibility * days later.The request was initiated on July * and I was told that I would receive the refund within **-** days. I have called the Customer care several times and the only response I get from them is that the finance team will callback and refund it that day itself. I am really frustrated by this because I am a new customer and I have not received any kind of broadband service from Hathway and it's taking a really long time for Hathway to process the refund. I had to keep calling back every time to know the status of the refund and this is not what I had expected from Hathway. I want to take action on Hathway for their Incorrigible and irresponsible approach towards the customers and also for their lack of common sense to acknowledge the customers about the feasibility of connection before getting the payment.

Agent given me fake offer as if I pay amount for new connection he will give new connection with in a day. But in verification call they told me that I will get with in ** hours. This is third day ** hours crossed still I didn't get connection....

I have sent an email to them for termination to their helpdesk but they keep calling me everyday and torturing us to renew our account. We have elders in the home and these calls from them is actually annoying....
