- Delay in possession of flat Closed
I have booked flat with Ahuja construction in the year **** and was told will get the possession by May ****. But till date, I have not heard from them what is the status. I am paying interest to the bank from ****. I have released the amount as per their demand letter. Whenever I tried calling on the given mobile no's no one response. I had also tried calling the VP of the company Mr Zala he never responded to my calls and not even bother to reply back. I visited twice to their office met Mr Amol Dhanvij and Mr Vivek Sharma (ex- VP). He promised to pay my EMI's in form of PDC's which I got till last month but after that, no one is responding to my emails and calls. I asked them to buy back the property and pay my money with the current market rate and compensation for the delay (an interest which I had paid for * years).
Mr Ahuja, I tried meeting you at my last visit, but then my problem was solved so I don't want to bother you. Now I need your intervention in getting my issue resolved.
