- Delay in delivery Open
I have booked an XUV*** from Mahindra on ** March **** and till now it's not reached. They are playing with customers feelings and nothing else and wasting our time. It has been now ** days and my car is not reached to me. I have booked xuv*** on **th March **** with Shuhul Mahindra Srinagar and was assured the delivery of the vehicle within **-** days period. However, it has been over ** days but the vehicle has not come till date.
I have paid the full amount plus booking amount of on the day of booking and I am also paying interest since last one and half month but of no use. I have complained to them many times but till date is not satisfied. Also, Shuhul member has no idea how to talk to a customer very sad and unhappy with Mahindra. Mahindra Shuhul, Nowgam always they say me we will check. Every day I call to them they always say we will call you we will tell you this and that. They are wasting my time. This is affecting my mental strength. My father has to go to the office and also wants a car. But they are doing wrong to us.
