I have ordered flowers to be delivered at Mussoorie and paid *** rs. as urgent delivery charges.
as per them it was a same day delivery, but once order is placed, i got a call from my flower app mob no. ***** ***** and he said it cannot be delivered today, if i pay *** rs. more they can try to deliver tomorrow.
he also offered me to get delivered cake instead of flowers, such a stupid guy.
when i asked them to cancel the order, he said order cannot be cancelled and if cancelled i will get wallet balance and no refund is there.
i agreed to pay them extra for delivery and they said i will be getting a link to pay. i am chasing them since last * hours to get the link. but no one is interested
