I send a courier by DTDC booked in ** Nov ** at approx **.** hrs.Guy booked informed it will be delivered tomorrow or max ** Nov **.asked for mode of transport he told me that by air ..But when I tracked it was by road ..Today ** Nov ** completed parcel not delivered .Guys who booked contacted head branch and mailed also but no of use.DTDC cheated me for the name if by air..And parcel got delayed.I will loose financially.plz take action and provide me compensation of Rs ****** delays and cheated and agony .
