My car meets an accident on **th august **** front side bumper got damaged then I submitted my car on **th august **** for repair and service to Mahindra authorised service dealer called schangalaya motors Villupuram. While surrendering my car they said first insurance survivor wants to inspect then they said * days need to order and receive parts and * days need to do repair totally * week take to deliver I said ok.
Today date is **th august **** now I made a call they are telling they deliver the car by *th September only. I took a car for my family uses weekly thrice we use the car for travel purpose. Every time we have to pay a maximum of Rs. ****/- for every ride its very difficult to bear. The schangalaya motors Villupuram given a false commitment every time these *th September also may be a fake. Past two weeks they don't touch my car they started work by **th august **** that too after my continuous shout. Now they telling easily another * week to deliver. Please do the necessary action.
